There are many types of cancers like breast and colon cancer that can easily be avoided through exercise. Exercise slows down the ageing process and you look young for many years to come.

Fitness helps in improving mental health as well. There are many problems which leads to depression and that’s why suicide has become so common these days. People don’t know how to remove this depression. Fitness also helps in improving the immune system.

You should daily take some time to do exercise to keep yourself fit and healthy. You have one life and you should live better life. There are so many things that you can do, if you stay fit and healthy. You can travel and go to various places. Some professions require that you should be fit, like if you want to be a pilot or an engineer.
